Meet Your Trainer

Idalis has spent most of her life helping people take control of their fitness and nutrition to have an overall healthier lifestyle. She uses her more than 16 years of experience as a fitness expert, certified personal trainer and sports and nutrition coach to deliver a simple, effective approach that has helped thousands of people accomplish their "impossible."

Idalis started her fitness journey as a Division 1 track and field athlete and went on to create fitness programs with major fitness brands like Women's Health Magazine, iFit, Beachbody, and more. She holds a plethora of certifications including NASM CPT, NASM Sports Nutrition Coach, and is a RRCA certified running coach.

Her mission is profound and aims to keep your health and fitness simple, fresh, honest - and most importantly - results driven.

ACCESS the Workouts

Made4 features over 30 at-home, follow along workouts with new content being added regularly. You can choose from several goal-based calendar options that can fit into any busy schedule with minimal equipment. Equipment needed: Dumbbells, resistance bands, bench or sturdy chair, ankle weights* (*optional).

ACCESS the Guided Runs & Walks

Take advantage of multiple guided audio runs and walks to run confidently, improve your form, and more! The 4-week training plan will help you get started, or you can use goal-based calendars to conquer your next 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, and beyond. All levels are welcome. NUTRITION Simple Meals, Lasting Results
